At 713 Society, we stand behind every product we offer. Please read our return policy carefully as it varies by product type.

Made-to-Order Items (Shirts & Hats)

Because our shirts and hats are made to order and produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for these items unless there is a defect or error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Tote Bags (Made to Order — 713 Society x Xolaxx)

Tote bags are handmade to order in collaboration with Xolaxx. As with our shirts and hats, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue.

In-Stock Items (Keychains, Wristbands, Pins, Necklaces)

In-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

713 Society: Redeemed (Thrift Items)

All Redeemed thrift items are sold as-is and are final sale. Due to the secondhand nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Item condition is described in each listing — please review carefully before purchasing.
